Our single point of contact for all matters is: cahitgs@gmail.com. Adding a clear subject line to your email helps us resolve your request faster.
What you can write about
- Support and usage: Questions about creating scales/surveys, collecting responses, completion-time measurement, data-quality and suspicious-response checks, or CSV/Excel/SPSS export.
- Privacy and data requests: Your rights under KVKK (Turkey) and GDPR, such as access, correction, deletion, portability, or objection to processing.
- Billing and subscription: The Free plan or the $7/month Researcher plan, cancellations, and general payment questions.
- Other: Bug reports, suggestions, collaboration, and general feedback.
Response time
We aim to reply to emails within 2 business days. Privacy and data-protection requests (KVKK/GDPR) are handled within the applicable legal timeframes. Response times may be slightly longer during busy periods, but we read every message you send.
Billing and payment issues
ScaleForm payments are processed by Paddle.com acting as the Merchant of Record. Paddle issues the invoice, collects and remits the applicable global taxes (VAT/sales tax), and handles refunds. ScaleForm does not store your card details.
For the fastest resolution of invoice, receipt, payment-method, or refund matters, you can use the support link included in your Paddle receipt. If you are unsure, email us at cahitgs@gmail.com and we will point you in the right direction.
